Every Doggie Tee is made to order. Orders are typically processed, custom printed, and quality inspected within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase before being dispatched for delivery. (Please note that processing times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons).

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We are proud to provide 100% FREE Standard Shipping on every single order across the United States. Once your order has finished production:

• Standard Nationwide Delivery: Arrives within 7–10 business days after shipment.
• Shipping Cost: $0.00 (Always Free) with zero hidden fees at checkout.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your package has been printed and handed over to our postal carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS), you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your direct tracking number. You can use this tracking link to follow your delivery progress in real time.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer free standard shipping to addresses within all 50 United States. For international shipping inquiries outside the U.S., please reach out to us at doggietees@merchnutz.com or via our Contact Page.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information stops updating, your package is delayed, or you encounter any delivery issues, please email our support team at doggietees@merchnutz.com or submit an inquiry through our Contact Page with your name, order number, and tracking details so our support team can assist you immediately.

6. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns

We want you to love representing your favorite pup! We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a standard return or exchange, the item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received with all original packaging/tags.

7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email doggietees@merchnutz.com or reach out through our Contact Page with your name, order number, and reason for the request. Our support team will respond within 24 business hours with straightforward return instructions.

8. Return Shipping & Authorization

Important: Please do not ship any item(s) back to us without first contacting our team at doggietees@merchnutz.com and receiving a Return Authorization. Once authorized, our support team will provide you with the specific return shipping address and instructions for your item(s).

For voluntary returns or size exchanges (where the product arrived undamaged and correctly fulfilled), customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for returned items that are lost in transit prior to reaching our inspection facility.

9. Refund Processing Timeframe

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned undamaged and unworn item(s) are received and inspected at our facility. Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, or debit card).
